There is a mixture of what has been mentioned already. In addition to those items they carry specialty meats like Ostridge, alligator, bore, snake its all depends on what they ard able to get.

There was beef and chicken and pork in several different cuts and preparations. Including wrapped in bacon. The salad bar had various cheeses and sliced fruit as well. The food was all delicious!
