why is there only one restroom on 2nd floor and none on ground floor that would make shopping there easier to do and that would bring in more customers .

the purpose of this facility is for people to come and shop. Rest rooms are made available for the employees that work there & as a courtesy some allow customers to use them as well. When I was a teenager, there was stories in the news about unsafe goings on in the ladies rooms of several department stores. they closed the 1st floor and only allowed the 2nd floor to be available for security to be able to maintain safety. so, perhaps after could be av resin for the placement.

They could have no restroom,

It's only a slight inconvenience. They have an elevator near the restrooms so, even if you're handicapped or are carrying item it's really not too bad. Without the elevator present, I'd also have a complaint.

The way the building was constructed. Up to management to change that.
