Don't come, I don't advise anyone to rent here, rent goes up without notice, come in your apartment without notice, you can't use the gym once the office closes, pool hours are dawn to dust, things reported not working since hurricane still not fix. Car being towed even though it's in the computer. The toilet fill up at stopping point, because they don't want a high water bill. not even a full tank fill up, they have it adjusted. Stick notes on your furniture with duck tape. neighbors leave trash by there door weeks at a time, no one says anything. Cars are being broken into, while Security sleeps in his car. Kids play on cars not in play ground.

Not really. Someone either it breaking into cars or stealing all four tires on cars. Jose maintenance guybis rude. Matter fact all of them are rude and racists. Except for the one maintenance lady. Office staff inconsiderate. They will steal your front door carpet & lie and tell you that dogs aren’t allowed unless you have a doctors note. Don’t listen to these liars. Everyone has a dog here! I hate this place. They keep coming inside your apartment. There isn’t an active security guard onsite. They’re also cheap on water. The toilets barely flush. The washer machine barely had water in it. No closet space. You can hear people walking on the top floor. Rent goes up. Currently $1,116. When maintenance comes in your apartment they font clean up after themselves. If you aren’t spanish be prepared for the biased application. They will try their best not to get you accepted. Willl give you crazy amount to deposit on apartment
