Nobody ever answers the phone have to call multiple times and phone rings about 20 times. For one appointment nobody called to tell me the Dr left and I had to call to find out and I had to reschedule. I needed a neurology referral with 2 pages showing my end date or number of visits and they didn't even know what a 2nd page of referral was. I changed my pcp and they knew to give me 2 pages. For my 2nd telehealth appointment I was seen 2 hrs later than I was scheduled. They shouldn’t schedule on a time their not available, I schedule other things around my appointments. Also my speech therapist needed my notes signed and the office didn’t know why. I wonder if they know anything 🤷🏽‍♀️ They didn’t even call me to let me know my Dr no longer worked there. Don’t go here, not recommended.

I have been going to this clinic for a few years now and its been good. Most of the staff her very nice and help if they can but trying to get a call back most times is impossible. Sometimes nobody answers the phones or you get an automated response and that does not help. I think they need a few more people on staff. At least one to handle phone calls and to make sure Doctors get their messages!!

Dr. George, his PA intern (young lady can’t remember her name) and the nurses and receptionist were all extremely friendly and attentive. Went in for a physical and found my primary doctor now. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Highly recommend.

I had multiple issues just trying to get anyone to return phone calls to me with regard to rescheduling an appointment that the Dr. canceled, filling prescriptions, and getting referrals. I have submitted six phone calls and voice messages and still cannot get a response. At this point, I have a mammogram scheduled that will have to be pushed because they issued me a referral for the wrong window of time relative to the annual nature of scheduling mammograms. I am also now out of a prescription that should have been originally filled at a Walgreens per the ACA regulations.
