Surfers go to the state inlet park beach on the north island and across from the jetty
Marc has said it perfectly!
Body boarding is ok at this location. Wind surfing and kite surfing are preferred. South of the jetty that is. The state park is on the north side of the jetty and has the better waves for surfing.
State park better side. Plus they are dredging sand back to the beach right now
On the state park side you can surf, but the inlet side not enough waves. Only from the boats coming in and going out.
Yes it is the wave are awesome
Thanks.... 😁
I would say no.
I would say no, not along the jetty.
Many paddle boarders, no waves to speak of. Only wakes from passing boats.
Didn't any surfers the 2 days I was there.
No beach..its an inlet. There were a few waves wgen i was there but i wouldnt surf in it. Lots of big rocks. Stick with the open water.
I did see a lot of wind surfing, there were some nice waves, but didn't see anyone surfing.
