No shuttle services. The workers there are very "I don't give a damn about you" type of attitude. You're probably better off looking for another hotel in the area.

Im not sure but u can always call & ask them, even though the casino is right across the street it would be very convenient to have a shuttle for the elders

Check with hotel. The casino is just opposite to the hotel. A 5 min walk in case.
I suggest you call the hotel about this but I seriously doubt it.
