Did you all find out any answers? I just found out that when you sign up for the $9 fee to get your luggage fee cheaper, in the small print they charge you $69.95 per year!! Go onto the website and you can cancel your "membership". Probably won't get your charged amount back, though. I got charged two years in a row before I noticed. Is it a scam? Maybe a legal scam.

In Dec 2018 Spirit Airline charged me $ 69.95 without my authorization. This is a robbery. I already reported it to the bank.

Charged as well. Transaction stated keyed in manually by me. I live like 15 hrs away. And my card is about 3 months old.
I was charged 274.58 for a wrong booking date. Which I was assured that it was corrected. I got my billing statement with the charge for the wrong date. Also the charge for the correct date. No one to direct your issues to. Spirit has no Spirit. I am following up with my bank and my attorney.

Spirit Airlines home office headquarters is in Miramar Fl. If you used Spirit Airlines to travel, that is the billing city. I use Spirit everywhere I go.
