I saw a review on here with a guy saying he didn’t have to send his bank information over to get approved for the loan. The rep wants my bank info but that’s risky. Why can’t I know the terms and conditions of the loan before sending my info?

Three month bank statement and singed application is compulsory for pre approval.

Hi Alicia, I'm the Brokerage Desk Manager here at One Park. That does sound odd, however I assure you that in no way are you compromising your security by sending your banking information to us. We take extensive measures to ensure that information stays secure. The information is simply used to verify the banking documents submitted. Unfortunately there's no way to give an accurate answer on term conditions because no one business is the same. We'll be more than happy to process your application with no commitments, and provide all those details at that point. I hope this helps clarify some of your questions / concerns!
