Another customer who lost due to bad business practices, the sad thing is that ATT has the same practices, they give relago cards, good price for 1 year, but I would like to know what will happen after that time? Like the best offers for the new ones? and current customers have to fight to get something similar?
I started with $89.00 and little by little they went up, and with only 1 year of service I am paying $148.00... a nerve....
Here is another that they lose for the same reason, AT&T offer me much more for less and on top of that they give cash cards ... bye bye Xfinity ...

Strongly agree with those who complain that the best deals are for new subscribers. We old subscribers took the bait. Every time we call we have to be very careful with the words used, they can become a double-edged sword and you end up paying for something that you don't really need.
