It becomes a trailer park with permanent residents. I believe it was a donation from a couple, Larry and Penny Thompson, with condition it be used as a park.
It's a Dade County rule. I believe they don't want to tie up spaces, allowing more folks to utilize the park.
That should be because they make more money for short term period
