We have a Vintage Singer Stylist, model 776. The bobbin case suddenly worked loose. We got a generic Apollo replacement, but still unable to get it to stay in place. The bobbin thread will not feed. Is it worth a look?

If you like the machine and know the machine, then of course it's worth getting it fixed. Give them a call, they probably have a used or NOS replacement part that will get you up and sewing again.
