Unfortunately at this time, Medicare or Medicare supplements do not cover our treatments. If you'd like, I can have a patient experience manager reach out to you with more information on pricing and our payment plans.
We work with many providers, unfortunately, the only ones we do not accept are Medicare and Medicaid. We have payment options to help patients and your first appointment is FREE. We discuss treatment options to find out what we can do to help. Then if you wish to continue, we draw your blood to find out your levels. This is $95, but we never do anything without first discussing it with you.
Hi Chris! Consultation is no charge and the cash price for the testosterone test is $95. If you have insurance there is no charge for the test.
For your initial appointment, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork. Please remember to bring in your driver's license, insurance card (if applicable) and a list of any medications you are taking.
