I couldn't think of any reason you wouldn't be able to go to halfway houses or shelters in the state of Nebraska and less you've been kicked out of everyone and I know that it takes a lot to be kicked out of a shelter or halfway house. So if that's not the case go to one of them and they should help you get placement somewhere
