We have purchasedan boarding passes for May 28th, we are residents of Florida, can we get a refund when boarding for being a resident this month?

No, we aren't doing anything for free boarding on that date. The Hometown Appreciation for May just ended. We go county by county.

You should be able to get a refund. Go to the ticket office and explain the situation.
