No. There is no smoking inside the ship going out and coning in. The top floor is no smoking but there are no table games there.

4 is smoke free and you can't smoke inside untill the casino actually opens for play and you can't smoke inside when it closes . The only place you can smoke anytime you want it outside. I'm a none smoker myself and to my surprise the ventilation is pretty good because unless someone is smoking close to you it's really not that bad.
Smoking is allowed on decks 2 and 3 but unless someone was smoking right next to me it really wasn't bad.
It is supposed to be smoke free on certain floors of the ship, but expect smoking to be on each floor. The only way to temporarily escape the smoke is going out onto the deck.

Inside is smoke free till 3 miles out, then I believe two of four floors are.
