Can you bring luggage aboard?

There is no where to store luggage you would have to carry it around with you

I would say no...but they might have some kind of option at the main office to store a bag or belongings

You might be able to check with security to see if they would be willing to store your luggage if you have to bring it aboard. They may make an exception for you.
