You need two valid IDs along with two pieces of mail with your current Florida address on it. Like a cable of power bill. Also having your birth certificate and SSN CARD will not be much help as far as ID is concerned. I had two photo IDs which helped a lot. One was my old license and the other was my VA card. But I would bring as many forms of ID as possible. I guarantee it won't hurt.
You need to go to the DMV (reservation is highly recommended and can be made online). You must have your Wisconsin license and a second approved ID such as a passport. You will also need a utility bill or a lease or a sales contract showing you new address is in your name. Utility bills usually work best.
