You need two valid IDs along with two pieces of mail with your current Florida address on it. Like a cable of power bill. Also having your birth certificate and SSN CARD will not be much help as far as ID is concerned. I had two photo IDs which helped a lot. One was my old license and the other was my VA card. But I would bring as many forms of ID as possible. I guarantee it won't hurt.

You must first make an appointment at the DMV highly recommended but probably playing a month in advance the amount of back up and lack of staff and and also because of highly condensed areas condensed areas
