Not yet, they are building something over there, not sure exactly if only for events, or what

Not quiet yet however in time the Cb side is building up it's riverfront and there is sure to be alot more exciting features to come

Not immediately near the bridge but just a little bit of riding can get you to pretty much anything you're looking for.
