Um you sound stupid first off. Yes they do have time to answer questions. That's why they have a nurse's line in the first place DUH! And second NOT EVERYONE has a doctor they can go to due to increased health insurance prices. So please if you want to share some of your money or insurance or if your a doctor or nurse then by all means you can come care for those you are trying to speak down on.
They are the emergency room and don't have the time to answer questions. Plus they don't know your medical history. Try calling your doctors office if you have any questions or if it's not a life threatening situation, go to WEB MD.
