You people that replied are just as stupid as the person writing a review in the question area.
We've never waited that long either. Most likely it was the server not turning the order in. I would have inquired about my meal though.

Had very fast service when we were there. Had the best diet cola we've ever had.
No problem here. Alwaus less than 20 minutes.
They have their moments, most of the time food is out in 15 min but I have been there when it took 45 min. The service is also a hit or miss, sometimes it great, servers are on top of refills other times service is sub par. I like their food and you don't have many options in Anna so I'll keep going.
Most of the time it doesn't take them that long to get your order out to say wheh in 10 to 15 minutes always steaming hot
You waited an hour? Did you not say something within the first 20 minutes because food is usually out in 10
We've never had to wait that long. Maybe it was just a bad night. Was just there last night as matter of fact and got food within 15 to 20 minutes
