Ask to speak with the General Manager of the store. They should take care of you. If not keep contacting corporate over the matter.
This has happened to me once before, I suppose it is a glitch in the app. Speak to the store manager, they won't be able to refund, but they should be able to see your order history on your phone and fulfill it. The manager I had was very nice and professional about it. Good luck
I asked them can I either get my food or my money back and they told me there was nothing they could do about it.
