M. Banali saved me from fraudulent crash report and went out of his way to find and check cameras from several venues. He did his due diligence, worked the case and kept me from 1000+ insurance clam(per year) and a 165 dollar fine. An excellent person. The only other officer I've met of this quality was my grandpa who was there over 20 years ago.

Id go to your local police dept if you know who the stalker is the can see about options like getting a restraining order ready or set up if needed. Or if you feel in danger they can give options such as extra patrols in the areas your feel less safe in or possible other options.
I am guessing there is a hacker that posted them photos just like on Herrin's police department page.
