I have a seasons pass , but I can’t find my card. Can I still get in with just my fingerprint?

You can not. There is a servies desk just outside of the gates on the left; if you go up there, they can get you a new card! All you need is one of any form of ID. I lost my card about a week ago. 😊💜

Also you can locate the confirmation on your email that was sent and just print it out again.

If you don't have it on your app, you need to go to the membership section to the left of the ticket booths.

If you have the app on your phone you can use that pass to get in.
