They'll call the day or night before and u can arrange or change the time of delivery.
I'm having the same problem as several of the other posts. Can't get this store on the phone!!! What I thought was wonderful customer service has turned out to be terrible customer service. You call, get an automated answer with the option of waiting for an "associate" to answer........................phone rings for at least 5 minutes, then changes to a rapid busy signal, then disconnect. I have called the corporate office about this and they are investigating. Grrrrrrr...................
Not sure about the process, my delivery was the same day.
