When do they open back up?

I heard Nov. 5th. I've been going to Ruler. Can't wait for the Ruler Foods to open in Fairview Heights.

They told me Nov. 13

Mid November but the one in Swansea is still open.

I've been going to Collinsville location.

Im not sure either. The closest is the one in Swansea but not close enough.
