Then they should put more effort in hiring better applicants by enticing them with more work hours and not just enough to keep them as part time more hours, better pay and other employee benefits that I'm sure they have knowledge of might help a lot.
Hard to find anyone that wants to work they hire people that they can find and when they get notice their public assistance is getting cut due to work they quit. Not poor management just hard to find a good dependable worker.
