I stayed for a week and had no issues. They'll do what you want if you ask and that's the maintenance fee. You can have your beds changed everyday if you want. I did what I would of done at home antway...washer and dryer in unit. I loved it, wish I was there now.

Yes the rooms are cleaned before and after you. If you are osying maintenance fees then you should know what is covered. Any time I have gone there my room has been cleaned.
Place is in poor repair. Dirty,. Outside show areas ok, but halls, elvators, rooms dirty. Things we were told 10 yrs ago that would be done still not done. When desk asked about issues, simply said "we don't have help"
I have noticed that the furniture, carpets and other amenities have really fallen to the waste side. The outside have had work done to them. But inside the rooms themselves could use upgrading.
It's already been a dump. They have actually done lots of upgrades
