Call the store.
Call first
They do accept walk ins but there may be a long wait because they are usually really busy. I would recommend making an appointment for anything longer than a nail trim. You can book in store, online, or by phone like someone said above.
I use the goomer at the south Roanoke location. Based on that, walk-ins are fine for nail trims (even grinding) but you usually need to make an appointment for longer things (i.e. baths, grooming). If you call the store, they can tell you if there is an immediate opening. I have been able to get my boy in within just a few minutes of my call.
Yes
The one at Valley View stays pretty busy. I have my dog done by one groomer and she does stay pretty busy. You can book online, by phone, or attempt a walk in.
