In terms of a Silver Sneakers Membership, Planet Fitness Eureka absolutely does offer them, for either the Black Card Membership or the Basic Membership deals! A Silver Sneakers PF membership (Basic) is absolutely free (provided your insurance is compatible with SS, of course), with the entirety of your membership being covered by said insurance - start-up fee (normally $29), monthly fees ($10), and annual maintenance fee ($39). Alternatively, if you were interested in being able to access the perks that come along with the Black Card (ex. Total Body Enhancement, guest privileges, hydro-massage lounges/beds, etc), Silver Sneakers will also cover almost all of the BCM fees as well - essentially, they will pay for the Basic Membership's amount of the Black Card Membership, leaving you with a grand totally of $11.99 (plus tax) in membership dues per month, and that's all!
