There's really no age limit. Taking a toddler is not really a good idea.
On Father's day weekend we took my two grandkids along ages 2.5 and 3.5....they had a blast. They provide life jackets on the boat but I suggest if you're worried bring along your own child approved life jackets. Our boat captain informed us that in the 30 years he's been there there has never been a boat accident, but look at what they said about the Titanic (yes I went there) bring your own child approved life jacket and enjoy your day. It's so much fun.
There wasn't a age limit per say. But signing a waiver is a big deal. So ultimately it's up to your discretion. However I do suggest swimming lessons because it is a high speed aquatic adventure. Never know if it will capsize better to be prepared than disappointed.
While it is true that there are no age restrictions, you do have to sign waivers to go on, I wouldn't recommend bringing kids under 7 years.
