Went for strain muscle in back. Was treated ok but paperwork clearly states I was counciled on my tobacco use. I haven't used tobacco since leaving the military 33 years ago. These ppl feel like they can write anything in your medical records, true or false. Had she actually talked to me about the subject she would have understood I haven't used tobacco for 33 years now but instead she put lies in my medical records which I believe is against the law as well as UNMORAL.

DO NOT COME HERE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT - they won’t take you. I showed up thinking it was a walk-in clinic (that’s what it’s called, right?) and was told to come back 6 hours later. Absolutely ridiculous!

For an urgent care that says online and the say they are a walk in suck. My son tried to go and got there about 4:30 and they told him sorry we are full for the day you will have to make an appointment for tomorrow. Well if it is appointment based then maybe they should change the website!

Took a friend to Urgent Care with a possible fractured ankle/foot. After getting a wheelchair and directed to end of building, we were told that they only take patients with appointments and there were no available openings. What??? Weren’t Urgent Cares created to help with ED’ overloads? When did they become another Dr.s office?

It is always, due to high patient volume and what patients are coming in for. Usually , 4 providers but, you get days with patients who have multiple injuries . It can tie up a provider for a while and staff. Since, Grants Pass has a large Senior Citizen population we get a lot of falls every day. We try to keep these people out of ER so as to keep them from being overloaded. We always do our best to keep wait times down and provide quality care. We are always busy mostly, people are unable to get into their Primary in a timely manner. We do care and nobody is ever sitting around twiddling our thumbs.
Staff is always friendly and helpful and always right there when you need them they work really hard at what they do and do it well no complaints
I waited 3 hours and am now in the back, but still haven't seen a doctor!
Yes, at least from 8AM, to 5, I think
No
I just went in and they said they dont do walk ins. I would call them first. They gave me a appointment to come back.
The outpatient lab hours are 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Going in early is your best bet. Be there when they open. But no guarantees. It can get really busy. Unsure of the cost
I think it's around $100
I believe they open at 7am
