U do not have to be a California resident to purchase at Monterey bay alternative.
You don't need a medical card any longer. Since you do need to show an ID and fill out forms initially i believe you may need to be a resident of California. It's best to contact them to be sure about residency.
You can use 420 recs, its an online doctor, they are legit and give you an email copy and mail the hard copy within a week. Super fast, super easy.
I'm trying to get a medical card that will work in Florida. Without having to pay Florida prices. Its $250 for a Florida card. Can I get one here?
