Is this safe restaurant?

Yes

No. I was there yesterday and there were at least 30 people in the lobby and near the bar. They have customers come into the restaurant and find their pick up order at the bar where everyone is congregated. People are waiting there if their order isn’t ready. No one was practicing social distancing. And when I talked to one of the owners, she said we are all wearing masks so it ok. I suggested people should be waiting outside and customers should not have the ability to touch any of the bags packed for pick up.
