I have spent a lot of money whith you you can never honor your coupon and have a employee to tell me to f off that's what your standard is an employee to tell customers to f off

I've been going to Dominick's Pizza for 30 years. I have never seen or experienced anything but great and friendly service. But we all know this.

Dear Christopher, we have disclaimers on the menu along with on the coupons. Every time you order you get a special which discounts the food about $6. You also try to use another coupon with it. We explain our policy time and time again. You are upset with the policy, Wednesday you called back and try to add the coupon to your pizza order that was on special, we explained we cannot combine coupons with specials. You then canceled the order even though the pizza was ready, and also informed us you will never order again. Tonight you wanted ribs which are on special that discounts $6 and wanted to use the coupon, we explained you cannot combine the coupon with the special. You started screaming profanities saying we never honor the coupon. We explained if you want to use the coupon we would have to charge you regular price. You then proceed saying to cancel the order. I’m sorry you don’t like our policies , moving forward we ask you find an establishment that has policies to your likin

Definately not how the place is. But I would definitely be sure not to allow you service.

Wow. Never experienced that in 20yrs of dealing with this establishment. Doesn't sound right.
