I was in Chicago this morning and ate at the Publican Tavern in Terminal 3 in O'Hare. I was just curious if the egg dishes with scrambled eggs, use real eggs for the scrambles or use one of the processed liquid eggs products? Thanks

We are proud to use cage free eggs from Yuppie Hill Farms in Wisconsin. We blend our eggs with sour cream and sea salt to make them light, fluffy and delicious.

Every meal I have had there has always had the freshest ingredients. Glad to note the sour cream. You might want to note that on the menu as a lot of people have sour cream allergies. Keep up the great restaurant! Looking forward to our next Krombacher at Publican's!

They claim to use real shelled eggs.
