Safeway also delivers and you can order online (which we have utilized at other places we have stayed in SF but not The Suites at Fisherman's Wharf because it is so close). California charges for bags at the checkout. Either bring some with you (we do all the time. -- use them as clothing packing cubes) -- or just bring your roller suitcase with you.

Also, there is a small liquor store across street from ghiradellis on same street as suites at fw....they have some basic grocery items as well. ...plus the sandwich counter has good sandwiches plus they'll sell u the fresh rolls if u ask
