If you already have a valid license from another state, then all you have to do is surrender your old one and answer a few questions for the state you're going to live in to make things valid. Then you pay your new fees and things should be all set. Did this help you?
If you have a license from another state, it is an easy process with only a written test. Not sure how if you do not have license from other state since there would be a driving test.
Have someone drive you there and then use that car. I mean you could probably even talk to an Uber driver and use their car and pay for the time.
