I lost my DMV instructional permit card today..what will I do to replace it?Sad part is I already pay $240/for 3 hours to S.O.D.E so I will,be scheduled for driving , bec. I do not have that lost id ,my money paid to S.O.D.E went to nothing....:(

You can get a replacement card, at DMV. Take birth certificate, and a bill that goes to your address and, you should be able to get a temporary. I don't know the cost
