Take a picture of the old tag or have the serial number of the tag and they can transfer it to a new tag. If you do not have any of this information, the attendant can look you up by name and create a new tag.
Either have a picture or the number of the tag and explain you want to transfer your account to your new vehicle and they will issue you a new tag.
