I have a bone or tooth that I found, that I would love to find out what kind of prehistoric animal it beings to. Do you have any recommendations where I could go to have it identified?

Orton's website has a tab you can click on for identification of rocks and minerals.

Not sure where you are located but if there is a natural history museum near you, or a college with earth science or paleontology, I would start by contacting them to see if they have any days when the public can bring things in to be identified.
