do you repair the dryers you sell? my LG hydro shield model#dle151w runs but there is no heat to dry the clothes.

Check the manufacturer's website for authorized repair facilities. Lowe's doesn't repair appliances.

If it's under warranty and if your not sure I would contact Lowe's.. you know they are going to try to get out of responsibility. So be as informed as possible. Alot of times it's something very simple to fix.

I work at Lowes, they don't repair anything they sell, if you got the extended warranty, they can call for you, otherwise you have to find an independent repair company.

LG has a diagnostic app available for Android and Iphone. It's supposed to be able to tell you what's wrong with it. I don't think Lowe's does repairs.

Lowes does not fix machines that they sell call the manufacturer or a repair person that actually fixes the machines.
