No you do not have to exit your car. An attendant is there to take your payment. They will place a sticker on your window then your payment is automatically taken from your account so you just drive thru no need to talk to anyone after you pay the first time

You can pull into the car wash line and pay while you are in your car. You only have to roll down your window. Lol
