Project hasn't even started and I'm very disappointed and regretting choosing them as our contractor. We signed contract in feb and was told it would be completed in June. I believe we were mislead. The designer Jeremy doesn't return my calls or text, and noone ever answers the office phone. When I do talk to someone the answers all very vague. I was told they have to talk to the boss. Apparently the boss is the owner.

Pools by Nelson built my 20 x 40 ft long pool almost 10 years ago and it has withstood the test of time . Color , finish , concrete in and around pool , electrical and plumbing all still good ! Hard to vouch for them now since it’s been so long since they did the job , but they deserve the recognition and 5 stars for a job well done . Ask for a recent referral if you’re considering them , that’s what I did back then .I went to a prior customers home to view the work Nelson’s did before I committed to a contract . Happy Trails !
