If it is just a hem or waist being altered it’s usually just a day or two maximum. Items that take a little more time are sleeves or tapering jacket and pants. Worst case scenario is a week. March through June is the busiest time of the year but we do our best to get it done quickly.
It just depends on how busy they are and the alterations you're doing. Mine took about 4 Days...no big deal.
