I need to bring my machine in for service. How long can I expect the machine to be in the shop? Thank you.

Hi Elaine, Yes, our turn around is as fast as 2-3 business days as long as parts are not required. Our service is centralized in our Baton Rouge location, so dropping off in Baton Rouge is the fastest. I hope the helps! Some vintage machines, we are unable to get parts for, but we do our best.
