Basically just trampolines, zip line, trapeze, and obstacle course/monkey bar type stuff into foam blocks. If your not pregnant and in decent shape you should be fine. Check out the website for more info and sign the waiver there to save a few minutes before you get there.

If you're under 17 Go you'll have a blast. Over 18 I'd find something a little more grown up but that's just me. I bring my kids all the time they love it.
