How can I make a reservation? The answering service has been answering the phone and saying to call back later that they are helping customers. This went on ALL day yesterday and again first thing this morning.

Just go there prepared to wait a few minutes. I went there recently without reservations. After about 10 minutes I was sitting in the courtyard. Also, prepare to pay a lot for basic Israeli food.
