Hi there. We are renting a home from Sunday to Saturday at Ocean Beach- Freight does not work on Sundays. Can I have a family member pull up with a boat at an open slip and drop off stuff to bring to the house?

If you pay at the OB marina you can do what ever you want

They usually do not let that happen. You may get lucky if a cop doesn't see you.
