Does anyone work in this store? My husband and I stopped to buy a king size bed and mattress and were the ONLY people on the store, not one employee offered to help us, or even got up..all too busy sitting behind the desk playing on their phones.

Call corporate this isn't the way to accomplish the problem sorry for being so direct but using maps isn't going to solve the problem

Ignore tracy. This feature is used to inform others about the service of the store. I wish I would have seen this comment before I went because I agree. Keep leaving feedback like this in reviews

Agreed. You should be glad this store doesn't use high pressure sales tactics to get you to buy something. It's relaxing, and there's no shame in asking for help at the service desk if its needed.

Im wondering why it says the atire is open but no one answers my phone call. I've tried multiple times over the last week. Im put on a hold then my call is dropped.EVIDENTLY ITS TOO MUCH TROUBLE to lift their hand to answer the phone.
